"Called customer service rep who was beyond rude. Wanted to know information about State Farm policies and coverages. Soon as the rep found out that I wasn’t a customer yet, he’s behavior did a 180 and was extremely rude to a point was almost yelling at me.

"I have never had any affiliation with State Farm throughout my entire life, yet these jerks keep on harassing me. Within the past 15 days, they have called me eight times and still can't seem to take the hint that I don't want to buy whatever it is they're selling. I'm about ready to start pressing harassment charges if they don't stop because, quite frankly, this is highly annoying and childish of them!
Update: I have never reached out to them for renters insurance. I already have it with another company. Their response to this review is highly invalid!"

"Decided to change to State Farm last year. I chose to have auto pay out of my bank. They took 2 months out and then stopped charging me and stopped insuring me. My bank has not changed, my address has not changed and my phone number has not changed. I did not receive any notice from this office.
Since my insurance lapsed I am now in the "high risk category" and have to pay more than double for insurance. I have never had a ticket or an accident but now because of this I will pay thousands for insurance. I will never do business with State Farm again."
